Col. Jason Colborn, former 80th Flying Training Wing director of staff and current Pilot Training Next commander. \u201cStudents away from a government computer, on a cross country flight, on temporary duty or at home can study pilot training materials effectively and efficiently.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The training wing submitted its app to the Air Education and Training Command Innovation Challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">App users must be sent an invitation to retrieve a password and gain entrance, and their access is disabled upon completing pilot training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The app also includes links to videos that show maneuvers and procedures referenced in the virtual
