Master Sgt. Tom Sobczyk says no injuries were reported and the aircraft landed safely at the airport just before 9 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Officials say the smoke and fumes were caused by a battery charger that failed. An investigation into the incident will attempt to determine why the battery failed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Authorities are investigating after a military plane was
