Want to give your feedback about what\u2019s working and what\u2019s not working for military families? The annual Blue Star Families Military Family Lifestyle survey is <a href=\"https:\/\/bluestarfam.org\/survey\/\" target=_blank>open until June 14<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The online survey is anonymous and generally takes about 30 minutes to complete. The nonprofit Blue Star Families conducts the survey to help identify key issues of military families, so they can help local and national government leaders understand military families\u2019 issues. Blue Star Families wants input form active-duty service members, Reserve and Guard members, retirees and other veterans and family members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This marks the 10th year of the survey, and the sixth year the survey has been conducted in collaboration with Syracuse University\u2019s Institute for Veteran and Military Families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">More than 10,000 family members, service members and veterans participated in the survey in 2018. The top issues reported for active-duty military spouses were the amount of time service members are away from family; military spouse employment; military child education; impact of deployment on children and military pay and benefits.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Happy about your child care options and cost?
