And veterans will soon benefit from his efforts to expand and improve military exchanges. Starting later this year, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.militarytimes.com\/2017\/07\/21\/honorably-discharged-veterans-will-soon-get-to-shop-tax-free\/\">the exchanges will offer online sales<\/a> and shipping to all honorably discharged veterans (of all services). In effect, it&#8217;s a boost in benefits for retirees who\u2019ll be able to access the exchanges\u2019 cheaper prices on a range of goods. At the same time, it\u2019ll help boost the exchanges sales after years of shrinking the force.
