The company is also asking active-duty troops, veterans and military spouses to share their real-life transition stories on social media to spark online conversations around the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe campaign shows the duality that many service members experience \u2014 balancing commitments between work and family,&#8221; Sara Saunders, an associate brand director at Gillette\u2019s parent company, Procter &amp; Gamble, said in a news release. \u201cIt also shows the struggle many face when they have to re-enter civilian life and find a job.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/KM8JIJsutXU\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gillette is also partnering with the nonprofit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.militarytimes.com\/pay-benefits\/2018\/12\/21\/the-holidays-are-humming-for-military-families-thanks-to-volunteers-nonprofits-and-a-few-of-santas-elves\/\" target=\"_blank\">Operation Homefront<\/a> to put personal hygiene products into the hands of military families in need. Various P&amp;G personal care products, including Gillette, Secret, Old Spice and Olay, at an estimated value of $2.5 million, will be disseminated to the organization\u2019s regional offices around the country, said Jill Eskin-Smith, vice president of corporate and foundation partnerships at Operation Homefront.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The nonprofit will then distribute the
