Michael G. Zent were not unreasonably multiplied. Zent pleaded guilty in 2013 to twice grabbing a woman by the throat at Fort Campbell and raping her in 2012.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A military judge sentenced Zent to 10 years of confinement, a reduction in rank to private, forfeiture of all pay and allowances and a dishonorable discharge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The military appeals court looked at whether the judge properly looked at the two offenses as a single crime for the purposes of sentencing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
