He misidentified part of the electrical system on the vehicle of the person assisting him, according to the posts, and he alerted emergency officials because he thought there was a threat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But officials on the scene determined there was no threat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The base said the situation was close to
