He was not charged with a crime, a local police chief told <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chicagotribune.com\/suburbs\/joliet-romeoville\/news\/ct-missing-troop-carrier-met-1013-20151012-story.html\">The Chicago Tribune<\/a> and other local media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Army Reserve spokesman Capt. Eric Connor\u00a0said the soldier&#8217;s commander would be in charge of meting out any military punishment, but added that no details had been determined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The journey began after an argument between the soldier and another soldier\u00a0at Joliet Training Area, according to suburban Chicago&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dailyherald.com\/article\/20151012\/news\/151019715\/\">Daily Herald<\/a> newspaper. The soldier was not armed when he left the base and the vehicle carried no weapons aboard, Connor said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Police got a call from the training facility around 11:30 a.m. when someone discovered the\u00a0vehicle missing, Connor said.\u00a0The soldier was found in the vehicle by county sheriff&#8217;s deputies, but the Tribune, citing an unnamed store employee, said the man had entered the Walgreens &#8220;dressed in camouflage clothing&#8221; prior to his discovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Training center supervisors recovered
