Some said they were given <a href=\"https:\/\/www.armytimes.com\/news\/your-army\/2018\/07\/17\/us-army-reverses-course-on-discharging-immigrant-recruit\/\" target=\"_blank\">no reason for their discharge.<\/a> Others said the Army informed them they\u2019d been <a href=\"https:\/\/www.militarytimes.com\/news\/your-military\/2018\/07\/17\/mavni-troops-falsified-records-were-security-risk-dod-says\/\" target=\"_blank\">labeled as security risks<\/a> because they have relatives abroad or because the Defense Department had not completed background checks on them.<\/p>\n\n\n\t<aside class=\"smg-interstitial-link wp-block-smg-interstitial-link\">\n\t\t<a class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The reinstatements come weeks after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.armytimes.com\/news\/your-army\/2018\/08\/09\/the-army-has-stopped-kicking-out-immigrant-recruits-heres-why\/\"
