Richard Sherman died Wednesday at a nursing home in Monroe, Louisiana, said Marquita Mihaliak, administrator at the Northeast Louisiana War Veterans Home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sherman was in the 11th Bomb Squadron of the Army\u2019s 14th Air Force, commanded by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.militarytimes.com\/news\/your-military\/2015\/09\/21\/china-gives-gold-medals-to-5-surviving-flying-tigers\/\">Maj. Gen.
