James Grazioplene is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on Saturday, Aug. 26, facing six charges of child rape from incidents going back to the early 1980s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grazioplene is charged with rape of a minor between 1983 and 1989, according to a release on Monday from the Military District of Washington.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The civilian statute of limitations has run out on those incidents, but as a retiree, he is still subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Army announced his charges in April.
