Walter Hackenberg arrived in Harrisburg on Monday. WNEP-TV reports Hackenberg was declared dead in 1951 while he was a prisoner of war in the Korean Peninsula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His remains were identified this year due to new DNA technology.
