He\u2019s charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and aggravated kidnapping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A 16-year-old girl was walking in Cypress when she was grabbed by a masked man, dragged to a field, raped and left for dead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Investigators say the February 2013 attack happened three years before Goss, now 24, joined the Army. Fort Bragg is cooperating in the investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a statement Wednesday morning, the 82nd Airborne Division said Goss is in civilian confinement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cHe is under investigation by civilian law enforcement for an allegation that predates his military service by three years,\u201d the statement said. \u201cThe 82nd Airborne Division was made aware of this allegation last week and immediately began cooperating with civilian law enforcement in this matter.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Goss on Monday waived extradition from Fayetteville, North Carolina.
