This year marks the 100th birthday for the 82nd Airborne Division, and they\u2019re not celebrating alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All the way from Canada, Dwayne \u201cThe Rock\u201d Johnson recorded a video wishing a happy birthday for the elite paratrooper unit based at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The video starts with the wrestler-turned-actor singing \u201cHappy Birthday\u201d while showing the Army flag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Talking into the camera, Johnson said Fort Bragg is one of his favorite places on the planet, and that he plays a \u201cvery proud U.S. veteran\u201d in the new movie he\u2019s filming in Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In \u201cSkyscraper,\u201d he plays a veteran and former FBI Hostage Rescue Team leader who assesses security for those buildings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Johnson\u2019s energy in the video is contagious as he talks about his appreciation for service members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHonestly, from deep down in my soul, in my bones, in my guts, in my bloodstream, I just want to say thank you so much for your service,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n
