He then successfully participated in the federal RISE Program for drug offenders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A witness reported to law enforcement in January 2017 that Sexton was selling crack cocaine to residents of the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Bedford. Investigators then made undercover purchases of drugs from Sexton on several occasions.<\/p>\n\n\n\t<aside class=\"smg-interstitial-link wp-block-smg-interstitial-link\">\n\t\t<a
