But luckily, for those looking to go on a Master of None-style quest for the best tacos in Los Angeles, there are more trucks, restaurants and shacks serving them up than you could sample in a month, let alone a day. To help you out, we&#8217;ve picked eight of our faves to guide your journey. Vamos! <br\/> <br\/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>RICKY&#8217;S FISH TACOS<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/>It&#8217;s not a taco quest in LA without some legit, Baja-style fish tacos, and  <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RickysFishTacos\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Link: https:\/\/twitter.com\/RickysFishTacos\">Ricky&#8217;s Fish Tacos<\/a> is famous for serving what could be the city&#8217;s best. These babies are infamous for their flakiness, crispy batter, and piquant pico de gallo. For a bonus, see if you can spot owner Ricky Pe\u00f1a behind the sticks, sporting his trademark fedora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/> <b>MARISCOS JALISCO<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/>Mariscos Jalisco is easy to spot: It&#8217;s the taco truck on Olympic Boulevard with the ginormous line. But don&#8217;t let that dissuade you.  <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/mariscosjalisco\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Link: https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/mariscosjalisco\/\">This local legend<\/a> has been slinging its craft for more than a decade, and its dorado de camar\u00f3n has often been dubbed the single best taco in all of Los Angeles. Others are a showcase for contemporary culinary flourishes. While Guerrilla&#8217;s menu changes daily, you can expect to find creations as diverse as sweet potato tacos with almond chile, feta, fried corn and scallions, or pork shoulder tacos with chile de arbol, gooseberries, cilantro, and sumac onions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/> <b>CARNITAS EL MOMO<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/>If you consider yourself a carnitas fiend, you can&#8217;t do better than  <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.yelp.com\/biz\/carnitas-el-momo-los-angeles-2\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Link: null\">Carnitas El Momo<\/a> (yup, you guessed it: it&#8217;s their specialty).
