BRUSSELS \u2014 The head of NATO said Thursday that all those responsible for last week\u2019s deadly siege at the U.S. Capitol should be held accountable, and he expressed confidence that American institutions are up to the job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDemocracy must always prevail over violence, and I\u2019m confident that the democratic institutions of the United States will handle this challenge,\u201d NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg told reporters in Brussels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
