More than 1,000 amendments were filed by members to that version of the legislation, but few will be ruled in order and included in debate on the chamber floor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Topics of friction in both the House and Senate will likely focus on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.militarytimes.com\/news\/pentagon-congress\/2025\/09\/05\/georgia-to-send-national-guard-troops-to-dc\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"\" title=\"https:\/\/www.militarytimes.com\/news\/pentagon-congress\/2025\/09\/05\/georgia-to-send-national-guard-troops-to-dc\/\">National Guard deployments<\/a>, budget total targets and social issue fights.
