The contract will extend across the current three phases and potential future phases of the CDM program, as the firm works with the Federal Systems Integration and Management Center on the larger <a href=\"http:\/\/thecgp.org\/images\/CDM-DEFEND-Industry-Day_PPT_FINAL_15MAY17-1.pdf\">Dynamic and Evolving Federal Enterprise Network Defense (DEFEND)<\/a> program, valued up to $3.4 billion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a second cyber announcement made by Booz Allen: DoD awarded Booz Allen a contract to identify cybersecurity threats and improve cybersecurity integration throughout the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.defensenews.com\/opinion\/commentary\/2017\/12\/13\/comprehensive-missile-defense-for-the-homeland-commentary\/\">MDA\u2019s ballistic missile defense system<\/a> (BMDS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The firm will work with MDA to ensure the nation\u2019s homeland missile defense system remains secure from complex and evolving cyber threats by \u201cautomating incident response, advancing challenging weapon system cybersecurity, and incorporating advanced data science techniques\u201d said Robert Smith, Booz Allen senior
