During his time as Navy CIO, Zangardi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.federaltimes.com\/it-networks\/2015\/06\/03\/acting-cio-navy-making-strides-in-commercial-it-adoption\/\">worked to streamline<\/a> IT procurement and expand commercial cloud and mobility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A DoD spokesperson told Federal Times that Zangardi does not yet have a departure date for his acting
