WASHINGTON \u2015 The government unit of Forcepoint, Raytheon\u2019s cybersecurity company, is expanding its focus to include critical infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of this effort, the company is renaming the unit Forcepoint Global Governments & Critical Infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Forcepoint believes its products can secure critical infrastructure like power, water and financial services that have become more vulnerable as technology has become more integrated and accessible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Public cloud services, remote workers and the pervasiveness of the \u201cinternet of things\u201d have increased vulnerabilities in critical infrastructure networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\t
