class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The winning companies are: AT&#038;T Government Solutions, BAE Systems Information Solutions, Booz Allen Hamilton, Computer Sciences Corp., Federal Network Systems, General Dynamics Information Technology, Harris IT Services Corp., HP Enterprise Services, IBM U.S. Federal, LGS Innovations, Lockheed Martin, L-3 National Security Solutions, NCI Information Systems,
