In the case of one 20-year-old American driver in Germany, however, technology was simply not enough to prevent the individual from Tokyo drifting onto the steps of a 700-year-old church.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fusawtfm%2Fphotos%2Fa.10150129458503606%2F10161010548863606%2F%3Ftype%3D3&#038;show_text=true&#038;width=500\" width=\"500\" height=\"497\" style=\"border:none;overflow:hidden\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" allow=\"autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; picture-in-picture; web-share\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saint Aegidius was rebuilt from 1407 to 1412, and has served as a Catholic Church since. But this is the first time it\u2019s ever been used as a pedestal and parking lot for a Dodge Charger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The navigation system reportedly brought the unnamed driver to the steps of the church, where the vehicle became stuck, local police told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stripes.com\/theaters\/europe\/2022-11-02\/army-dodge-church-steps-bavaria-7898644.html\" target=\"_blank\">Stripes<\/a>. Pictures of the mishap showed up first on the popular Facebook page <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/usawtfm\/photos\/pcb.10161010548908606\/10161010548863606\/\" target=\"_blank\">U.S. Army WTF Moments<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reports didn\u2019t identify the driver, but the church is in Vilseck, home to USAG Bavaria, the biggest U.S. Army training ground in Europe. Locals have deduced it was likely an American soldier \u2014 particularly considering the make and model of the car, which is <a href=\"https:\/\/carsalesbase.com\/europe-dodge-charger\/\" target=\"_blank\">not officially sold<\/a> in Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Military Times reached out to the public affairs office at USAG Bavaria, which has not responded at
