chief financial officer, with immediate effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malave, the former senior vice president and CFO for L3Harris Technologies, replaces Kenneth Possenriede, who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.defensenews.com\/industry\/2021\/08\/04\/lockheeds-cfo-exits-abruptly\/\" target=\"_blank\">retired suddenly<\/a> in August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L3Harris Technologies on Jan. 24 named Michelle Turner, a veteran of Johnson &amp; Johnson and Raytheon, as its senior vice president and CFO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malave previously served as vice president and CFO of Carrier Corporation, which was an operating unit of United Technologies Corporation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">John Mollard, who served as Lockheed\u2019s acting CFO on an interim basis, will continue as vice president and treasurer, the company
