WARSAW \u2014 Poland\u2019s Defense Ministry has <\/span>launched its much-awaited Regional Security Assistance Program (ReSAP) <\/span>to help\u00a0bolster armament efforts of neighboring <\/span>Eastern European armament efforts by providing The program will use This is to be achieved through <\/span>government, bank and export loans to purchase\u00a0equipment,\u00a0purchases of weapons <\/span>and through non-commercial transfers of weapons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
