The company touted its Proactive Protection Secure Holdings Risks reduction and Equipment Destruction capabilities, or P\u00b2 SHRED, meant to deconstruct backlogs of sensitive equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEnd of lifecycle protection and risk mitigation requires timely, controlled destruction and disposal of retired IT equipment,\u201d the company\u2019s chief strategy officer, Doug Kumbalek, said in a statement. \u201cThis award showcases top-of-class lifecycle protection capabilities and services offered by System High to our customers across the defense and intelligence communities, industry, academia, and commercial sectors.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.systemhigh.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">System High<\/a> spokesperson on Monday declined to provide additional details about the \u201ccustomer or the scope of this specific contract.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company has a history in the national security space. It inked a $150 million contract with the U.S. Missile Defense Agency in August 2022, with tasks performed in Virginia, New Mexico, Alaska and other states. Months earlier, it announced work supporting the F-35 Joint Program Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The proper handling of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.c4isrnet.com\/intel-geoint\/isr\/2023\/06\/16\/intel-from-nro-nga-included-in-trumps-alleged-misuse-of-defense-docs\/\" target=\"_blank\">classified or otherwise highly guarded information<\/a> is paramount at the Pentagon and among members of the intelligence community, which include the National Security Agency and the National Reconnaissance Office.
