FEP Blue Focus® offers affordable in-network coverage with just $10 copays for each of your first 10 combined primary care and specialist visits. FEP Blue Basic has no deductible and set copays for most services, making it a popular choice in the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program for over 15 years. FEP Blue Standard gives you both in- and out-of-network care and our most extensive prescription drug coverage.

Basic Option

For over 15 years, Basic Option has been the most popular choice in the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program for health care coverage. That’s because there’s no deductible and set copays for most services.

Basic Option members also get free in-network preventive care, including their annual physical, screenings and immunizations.

Quality care for less

Staying on top of your health is important. With FEP Blue Focus, you’ll pay nothing for in-network preventive care, including your annual physical, screenings and immunizations.

And for your first ten primary care and/or specialist visits a year, you’ll pay just $10 each.
