The Millennium Challenge Corporation’s mission is to fight poverty abroad but its employees need help fighting off cyberattacks here at home.
The Corporation’s CISO and chief privacy officer recently released a request for proposals from vendors who offer cybersecurity training, including IT security awareness and privacy policy compliance.

The training will be provided to 600 MCC staff, with a focus on “enterprise wide multi-role users.”
Contracting officials are specifically looking for an online training program that can be customized to MCC’s needs and branding.
“Unless an alternate method has been established, training shall be hosted on the vendor’s cloud solution and shall also provide for the access of MCC staff via the Internet both in U.S. and overseas locations,” according to the RFP.
The training programs should also be designed primarily for English speakers but should have “the ability to provide multi-lingual content to include French with easy localization for both content and hosting application.”
The final award will be made this summer, with a period of performance set for Aug. 1, 2016 through July 31, 2019.
Responses to the RFP are due by noon on May 27.
