18F, the digital research arm of the General Services Administration, is broadening its view with its launch of a digital economy practice, a policy vertical in which the organization brings both subject expertise and digital expertise to bear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Our consulting team has already been partnering with numerous federal agencies to help their digital projects succeed, but this new initiative will allow us to work on broad goals instead of discrete projects,” wrote 18F Director Chris Cairns and Engagement Management Consultant Jay Finch in a blog post Oct. 7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“As agencies map the path of digital products, services, and innovations that they need to meet their economic policy goals, we will bring our business<\/em> and technical<\/em> expertise to help them define and achieve success.
