In addition to claiming false filing statutes, dependents, deductions and losses on behalf of trusts between 2008 and 2013, Aleykina is charged with fraudulently collecting IRS tuition assistance reimbursement payments, as well.<\/span><br\/><br\/> <span class=\"inbox-inbox-s1\">The case, being prosecuted by the Justice Department\u2019s Tax Division, could result in Aleykina receiving three years in prison on each of six false tax return counts and one obstruction count; 10 years in prison for the theft of government money; and 20 years in prison for destruction of evidence.<\/span><span
