The General Services Administration plans to release a report on how human-centered design can be most effectively implemented in the federal government, and the agency is seeking public input to inform the contents of that report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GSA released a request for information Oct. 28 that calls on industry to share capabilities for human-centered design and customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe are looking forward to learning more about the capabilities that industry partners can offer agency programs as they accelerate customer-centered experiences across the federal government,\u201d said GSA\u2019s Acting Chief Customer Officer Matt Ford in a news release.<\/p>\n\n\n\t
