Bernal of the Central District of California.<\/span><br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bowman falsified reports and seizure proceeds and devised a detailed cover story in conjunction with a local police detective in order to conceal his activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to court documents, those funds were used to buy and customize vehicles and for cosmetic surgery for Bowman&#8217;s spouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bowman pled guilty to one count of conversion of property by a federal employee, one count of
