Prior to that, he worked as GSA\u2019s chief of staff and senior White House adviser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSt. John will also serve as the Designated Agency Ethics Official, advise in the formulation and promulgation of GSA policies and regulations, oversee the agency\u2019s litigation, and provide overall direction to the Office of General Counsel,\u201d the
