Initiatives supported include strategic sourcing, category management, cloud, cyber, enterprise licensing agreements for software, desktop configurations and data center optimization.<br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duties will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Providing ITC managers with high-level advice and guidance on contract plans.<\/li><li>Recommending best practices.<\/li><li>Developing, implementing and evaluating quality controls.<\/li><li>Developing metrics and establishing benchmarks for assigned tasks.<\/li><li>Performing contract administration activities to ensure proposals and participants are evaluated fairly and perform as expected.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a permanent, Washington, D.C.-based GS-14 position offering $112,021 to $145,629 per year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The position is also being announced as Vacancy Announcement Number 1700163KSMP under Merit Promotion regulations (interested, eligible parties must apply separately for each announcement in order to be considered under both procedures).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
