The fair also includes webinars throughout open enrollment to give insight into the enrollment process and options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cToday many of the health care plans have representatives sitting down waiting to answer your questions,\u201d Tammy Flanagan, senior benefits director at the National Institute of Transition Planning, said in one such webcast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The virtual fair caters to employees that didn\u2019t have access to an in-person fair at their workplace, didn\u2019t see the health care provider they were interested in at such a fair, or wanted to explore their options at home with their family members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Attendees also have the option to store documents from various providers in their conference \u201cbriefcase\u201d for ease of reference and comparison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1123\" height=\"629\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Virtual-Benefit-Fair-Briefcase.png.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-46120\" srcset=\"https:\/\/one.sightlinemg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Virtual-Benefit-Fair-Briefcase.png.png 1123w, https:\/\/one.sightlinemg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Virtual-Benefit-Fair-Briefcase.png.png?resize=300,168 300w, https:\/\/one.sightlinemg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Virtual-Benefit-Fair-Briefcase.png.png?resize=768,430 768w, https:\/\/one.sightlinemg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Virtual-Benefit-Fair-Briefcase.png.png?resize=1024,574 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1123px) 100vw, 1123px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To motivate attendees to explore all of their options, the fair also has a scavenger hunt, where compass icons uncover questions about the various providers. Hint: the answer to the question is usually the provider page you\u2019re currently on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Attendees can also chat with each other about their experiences
