Miller has been named the Medicaid and CHIP Operations Group director within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Her last day in the state job will be April 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tony Green, the deputy director for Nebraska&#8217;s Division of Developmental Disabilities, will serve as interim director.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Miller has worked for the state for 20 years. She was appointed to her current job by Gov.
