Ron Johnson, R-Wis., and Claire McCaskill, D-Mo., have sent a letter to Department of Homeland Security Inspector General John Roth requesting he review the number of assaults on CBP personnel \u2014 including Border Patrol agents, CBP officers and air and marine officers and agents \u2014 since fiscal 2010.<\/span><br\/><br\/> <span class=\"inbox-inbox-s1\">Roth has been asked to report the location and type of each assault, days lost to injury, any trends that have emerged and the percentage of incidents that resulted in prosecution (including average sentence given to offenders).
