He faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was not known whether he is represented by a lawyer who could comment on his behalf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Special Agent Scott Balfour said earlier that such incidents are \u201cexceedingly
