Love your agency? Hate your boss? It’s time to weigh in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Federal employees have until early June to give feedback on their agencies, managers and work experience as part of the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The survey is being sent out to feds at all levels of government, and federal employees at large agencies have until June 5 to fill it out, while employees at smaller agencies have until June 12, according to the Office of Personnel Management, which administers the survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“The FEVS is a way for us to hear from our people and respond to their feedback with genuine care and leadership,” said OPM Director Katherine Archuleta. “Federal employees are unquestionably committed and looking to us for clear goals, effective strategies, and unwavering support as we work together to serve the American people.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Every year hundreds of thousands of employees fill out the survey. Last year feds at 37 departments and large agencies, as well as 45 smaller agencies, filled out the survey. The 2015 survey will mark the 10th anniversary of the survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The results of the survey, which are used to generate thousands of reports across agencies and components, will be available in late August, according to OPM.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
