These multiple-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts are centered around flexibility and the ability to pull together multiple disciplines and ancillary support components to address complex program needs.<\/span><br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The multibillion dollar vehicle (split between small businesses and firms of any size) offers professional services \u2014 such as financial management and engineering, scientific and logistics services \u2014 that will assist NAVSUP in meeting mission requirements and maintaining regulatory compliance while reducing duplicative contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Navy&#8217;s OASIS memorandum also brings all preexisting Naval Air Systems Command task orders under one agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Navy&#8217;s memorandum marks the sixth major OASIS signing, as agencies look to use the contractor-customer community to get the best
