The bill builds on and makes permanent and mandatory key aspects of President Barack Obama\u2019s May 2013 Open Data Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Congressional Budget Office has scored S 2852 and concluded there would be no significant budgetary impact to preparing and publishing nonproprietary online data formats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">More
