The Federal Library and Information Network (FEDLink) \u2014\u00a0a portal for sharing the latest technologies and techniques \u2014\u00a0wants to hear from other tech-savvy feds and has put out a call for speakers for its brown bag series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>OpenOpps:\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/openopps.digitalgov.gov\/tasks\/499?utm_source=DGTwitter&amp;utm_medium=DGsocial&amp;utm_campaign=dgcommunities\">Calling All Tech Speakers<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The FEDLink Libraries and Emerging Technologies (LET) Working Group holds regular Teach Me Technology education luncheons and is looking for knowledgeable federal employees to &#8220;share your passion about a technology, process, service or system you believe can help federal libraries and information centers,&#8221; according to a post on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.federaltimes.com\/story\/government\/it\/2015\/12\/04\/open-opps\/76782488\/\">OpenOpps<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The call for speakers is only open to federal employees but is not restricted solely to persons working at the Library of Congress or other related agencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interested speakers must live in or plan to visit the D.C. area this year and be able to present for 30 to 60 minutes at the Library of Congress.<\/p>\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Federal Library and
