Michael E. Horowitz, CIGIE chair, and Allison Lerner, CIGIE vice chair, presented the peer panel-selected citations.<\/span><br\/><br\/> <span class=\"inbox-inbox-s1\">Recipients of the Executive Council-determined Special Category Awards \u2014 presented by Andrew Mayock, acting CIGIE executive chair and chair and senior advisor for management at the Office of Management and Budget \u2014 include: <\/span><br\/><br\/> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><span class=\"inbox-inbox-s1\">Department of Homeland Security, Office of Audits, TSA Covert Testing Team;<br\/> <\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"inbox-inbox-s1\">Department of Agriculture, USDA Rancho Investigation;<br\/> <\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"inbox-inbox-s1\">Department of Defense Office of Inspector General, Department of State Office of Inspector General and U.S. Agency for International Development Office of Inspector General, Overseas Contingency Operations Team;<br\/> <\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"inbox-inbox-s1\">Department of Labor, Michelle Stickler, Special Agent;<br\/> <\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"inbox-inbox-s1\">National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, Frank S. Chase, Assistant Inspector General for Inspections;<br\/> <\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"inbox-inbox-s1\">Federal Reserve Board and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Khalid Hasan, Senior
