Caswell, president and CEO of MAXIMUS, in a news release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Over the last two years, MAXIMUS Federal has participated in market research, industry days and requests for information to support the GSA&#8217;s plans to establish this innovative contract vehicle.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\t<aside class=\"smg-interstitial-link up-to-date products for communicating with citizens.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/aside>\n\t\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new Contact Center SIN is designed to replace the old contract, USA Contact, which expired August 2018 and offered a relatively narrow set of solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new SIN, which lives under the Schedule 70 IT
