Brenda Lawrence, D.-Mich., to talk about a commercial space the agency brought for $1 and plans to turn into a community center. In\u00a0Cambridge, GSA has exchanged a 14-acre site for economic development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, Roth will appear in Charlotte, where the GSA is hoping to spur economic development by exchanging a 3.2-acre federal site to promote transit-oriented growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The overarching goal of the tour is to help\u00a0GSA develop
