Without the proper agency portals to report offenses, contractors could face confusion as to how to comply with the executive order\u2019s policies of responsibility.<\/span><br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, say the groups, bills in both the House and Senate could impact the application of the executive order, so it should not be enforced until clarified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following groups contributed to the letter requesting a stay: the Council of Defense and Space Industry Associations, the Aerospace Industries Association, American Council of Engineering Companies, IT Alliance for Public Sector, National Defense Industrial Association, Professional Services Council and
