The agency&#8217;s market research showed overlap with the Alliant GWAC contractors and prime contractors formerly on the Defense Department&#8217;s Defense Medical Information Systems\/Systems Integration, Design, Development, Operations and Maintenance Services (D\/SIDDOMS) contract. \u00a0DHS decided that using GSA&#8217;s suite of contracts is the best path to meet its health IT needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DHA and GSA are working on a special item number for health IT under GSA&#8217;s Schedule 70 contract, which also will be discussed at the industry day. Interested vendors must <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fbo.gov\/index?s=opportunity&amp;mode=form&amp;tab=core&amp;id=962bb01c939b8c02579337c164f5b6c5\" target=\"_blank\">register by Jan.
