Donations \u2013 made through payroll deductions, credit and debit card, check, eCheck or cash \u2013 can be directed to more than 18,000 vetted charities. <br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;While there is still more time to make a pledge, we are encouraging federal employees in the National Capital Area to not delay in completing their pledges,&#8221; said Vince Micone, chairperson of the local federal coordinating committee that oversees the campaign, in a press release. &#8220;If you have not already made a contribution, consider giving today to support the causes you are most passionate about.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">More information on the Combined Federal Campaign and participating charities is available at <a
