My question is: I\u2019m still on OWCP and hasn\u2019t been declared MMI by my doctor because I still have major nerve issues. I thought one couldn\u2019t be paid by two government agencies at the same time. Should I tell my CE about the Social Security pension? I\u2019m just trying to set it right that way I don\u2019t pay them (Social Security or OWCP) back when they notice that somebody in their respective office made a mistake.\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reg\u2019s Response<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because you have reached your full Social Security retirement age, nothing prevents you from receiving both your workers\u2019 compensation payments and a Social Security benefit.
