One of the more innovative ways the 18F team is trying to accomplish that is through its Agile BPA, a contract vehicle for companies that can support agile development that itself was built using agile concepts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unfortunately, the process for getting the vehicle going has been less than agile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now, after the initial protests were settled and just as 18F was getting ready to <a href=\"https:\/\/18f.gsa.gov\/2015\/12\/17\/the-agile-bpa-is-ready-to-launch\/\">go ahead with the full launch of the vehicle<\/a>, additional protests have been lodged, delaying the contracts further.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So far, all protests against the BPA awards have been dismissed or otherwise resolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The GAO has a maximum of 100 days to make a decision on TCG&#8217;s protest, though it could be resolved or dismissed at any time before
